Hello. I absolutely love all your DIY's! I am a beginner sewer and I would love to do what you do and recycle clothing to make them new and fresh. Could you give me some advice like where do you get your inspiration and where you find recycled fabrics and things. Do you do this for a living? Thanks so much and keep up the good work! :)

Thanks so much for writing! I get inspiration from everywhere. I’m constantly checking online (net-a-porter and style.com are a few of my faves) and saving pics for later use. I buy all my fabrics for recycling at thrift stores. I look for natural fibers (silk, cotton) rather than synthetics (polyester). The quality is better.

I work as a fashion designer and blog as a side job =)
